Bedroom AC install,... questions

Question

Getting ready to install a Penguin AC unit in the front bedroom of our camper. Got the roof vent removed and after three days of working at it I finally got all the lap sealant and butyl tape off the roof membrane. My question is, what do I do about the screw holes in the roof? Will the AC gasket seal them of should I put sealant on them and let it dry before installing the AC unit?

I used a little lap seal just to fill the holes. But the a/c seal should cover them.

When I did it I also filled the holes. The seal does cover them but why not a little insurance in case of seal issues?

I used Rubber Roof repair tape to be sure I had a smooth and clean area for the rubber seal to contact. It has been good for 3 years so far.
