I replaced the BR slide floor piece of cake. Put out slide remove mattress and everything DW has stored under it. Remove plywood cover of slide mechanism. Now go outside and remove trim that covers the slide floor, remove all fasteners holding floor to rear and side walls. I found it easiest to drill a hole and then use a jigsaw to cut the floor from end to end for removal.
Now all you have to do is put it back together. I used marine grade plywood some have used treated plywood. Mine was 1 inch so glued two pieces together for it routed a 1/2 round on the bottom side of the three slide sides and wrapped everbond tape along that edge. You can paint the bottom with any quality exterior paint. I used epoxy but I had it left over from another project. You want to make sure there are no burrs from the orginal drilling to catch on when installing the new floor. Roto tool can knock them off. The everbond made for a tight fit but a little wd 40 helped it slide in. Screw it back in replace the trim put the bed back together.
Let the DW repack the storage, cause you won't do it the way she wants it organized. Your done.
