No, but Lippert has been known to accept at least partial responsibility for these failures in the past. Some gooseball type hitches can add to the frame stress as well as some cheaper hitches. Air ride hitches can soften the blows our crappy highways produce but it was probably just por welds and too light of materials. Good luck with the repairs.
