Best cleaner and wax to use to wash fifth wheel

My fifth wheel is in a campground most of the year and has algae and tree sap on it. I have a Montana with smooth sides and have washed it many times but cannot get the shine back. What would be best ...

I use a towel to dry the trailer before the spots can dry. I wrap it around the brush head of the long handled wash brush.
Maguires Cleaner/Wax will shine the unit and removes any spots.
