I hope I am not opening to big of a can of worms here. It has been years since we were looking at RV's. The wife thinks we need to research a new fiver. I know years ago a lot of people said stay away...

I have said similar on this forum numerous times! I will go farther with my comments, suggesting that we should have more stringent government policies pertaining to “safety related” issues....much the same as the auto industry is regulated. Frame failures, underrated axles/brakes/tires, etc all fall under the banner of “safety”! Yes, unit prices “will” be more expensive. However, the consumer is better protected in the long term! memtb
