I used Liquid Roof on an older 5ver back in 2006 and saw it again last year. Still looked like new and the owner had no leaks.
what type of roof did you apply the liquid roof to , was it EPDM, or TPO

    It was EPDM.

what is wrong with the Liquid EPDM roof covering

...........Frankly , IF their product was , as Good as they imply , they'd be showing Pics of the INitial application , and , what it looked like after 5 years of constant exposure to UV !
...........But , all we see are happy people applying IT to their RV and it's all pretty and white ! , jf

You might look at an elastomeric roof coating, which is what we use on the flat roofs of our stick homes out here in the desert. It's something you paint on to protect the roof.

Here is what I use on my home and it's available at Home Depot: Henry

........Thanks ! That is a product which will probably help me all things considered . , jf

  • You have already made one mistake so there is not likely much you can do to makemit any worse, or make it better. The roof is probably at the end of its life. Smart money would do a tear off and new roof.
