I buy and sell a lot of stuff on Craigs and from my experience if you don't have email, phone and text avail on the listing your losing a lot of potential buyers.
I run into adds all the time that I can't get a hold of the seller since they don't check there email or email gets lost in spam. Some folks don't have good cell service and some don't have voice mail set up. Some don't have text avail on their phone or don't know how to use it.
Sometimes I eventually get a hold of someone. Just last month I bought an item that only had email listed. It took them over a month to discover that my email ended up in Spam, when they finally replied I ended up buying the item at a reduced price since the the item had been for sale for so long with no offers. Last week I had a reply from the seller of an item go to my spam twice and did not see it until I had purchased another like item from someone else.
I have not had all that many scams or issues with craigs in Arizona or Colorado. I get the occasional scam and a few stupid questions but often the stupid questions end up being a buyer after I politely answer their question.
I am just sharing what I have learned selling and buying a lot of items, hopefully it helps. One other note NADA for RV's is almost worthless. I have seen a few trailers sell for significantly more and most a whole lot less in my case repeatedly 10K less than NADA.
