2013+ Any of them are fine.
Pre 2013 I would pass on the Ram. No DEF. Oil changes are too frequent for full timing. Plus prior to 2013 the Rams 3500 DRW has a lower payload and tow rating than Ford or GM. Ram really upped the ratings for 2013+ on the 3500.
Pre 2013 I'd go GM-Alison 1st, Ford 2nd.
I'm a Ram owner FWIW.
One thing i would disagree with you on is the "Oil changes are too frequent for full timing" statement. With my 11 RAM Dually I changed oil at or near the 7,500 mile mark most of the time. I full timed the whole time I owned the 11. Now with the 15 and full timing I suspect my changes will exceed 10K.
I've never made it past 4000 miles per the EVIC. In fact most are in the 29-3400 range. Are you deleted? From reading on the Cummins diesel forum some of the long haulers that aren't deleted can get 5000. I just don't see how you got 7500 on a non deleted 11 Cummins. I know the manual says 7500/6 months but it never happens.
My last oil change was on 9/15/14 at 34,655 miles. I turned over 40,000 this weekend, and the oil change light isn't on. Prior to that it was 27,109 on Jan 30, 2014. Before that was 19,719 on May 20. Before that was 14,629 on 10/12/12.
I change when the light comes on. The dealer told me not to worry about the time interval. My truck has stock emissions.
