best wheel bearing grease for TH with zirk/greasable hubs

I am so confused on what would be the best grease for a toy hauler wheel bearing. Is it considered EP because of weight? Do they get very hot? Water and weather not really an issue. Mild climate. Wha...

I use the zerk fittings with no issues, as do lots of other people. People rarely post on a forum how well their grease fittings are working, and their trailer bearings didn't fail today. :)
