BFG did a redesign on the Commercial T/A ...and is now the Commercial T/A2. I have no idea if the new T/A2 is as good as they were for years before the big blow up or not.
BFG didn't come to the plate for their customers on this recall. Too many had the same issues but BFG didn't add all sizes....like they should have .
For this reason I went with Firestone Transforce H/T mounted in the same LT215/85-16 E size.
The new T/A2 carcass now looks like this T/A2

I'm on my second season with the BFG Commercial T/A 2 on my unit and they look like new even after more than 10000km's on them, time will tell how well they last but I'm more than happy with them to date.
