BH w/double beds, bath tub, 1.5 baths and U shaped dinette

The Open Range 399BHS comes with a option u shape lounge, no tub. Mine has the couch and table. No tub though but the half bath makes a difference ! As for handling the cold it has done well this cold snap I am not in it due to work so I drained everything put some pink stuff in and have a very small ceramic heater in the basement just for extra good measure plugged to a therma cube plug set to kick on at 32 degrees just in case to keep things warm around the water pump in the basement check out the OR 399 BHS it may be just what your looking for!

How is the insulation on these models? R-38 "calculated" What does that mean? How does that compare with R-38 "legit"?

The "bathtub" is the real challenge. Most seem to be coming with oversize showers. Mine, for instance is a really big shower than a tub (50x30 inches or something). It's huge, but only has a 6" lip for the door (which makes it really convenient for stepping in). But, when dear son (12 months then) needed a bath, we used a fold-up tub container for him.

I'm not sure many new big campers are coming with a tub...

The OpenRange RT331BHS is a TT with 2 slides one big bath, and a large u-dinette, and a BH.

It would be at least a 3 slide and it would probably end up being a 5th wheel to accommodate the tub.
OpenRange RV might have something similar though.
