It's the overhung load of the bike bouncing up and down due to the bad roads. 5ers don't seem to bounce as much as TT's at least my TT so I have my rack on the front of the TV but it bounces up there also. But, at least, I can keep my eye on them and tie them down with bunge cords from the rack to the vehicle.
