Big Horn is a great rig! Heartland Owners Club and their very active online form is one of the best. Heartland factory customer service is the best there is...I'm a very satisfied Heartland owner.

X2, I just bought a 2012 5th wheel Big Horn 34'. Warranty work, customer serivce, tech service via phone and Heartland Owners club are all outstanding. The Heartland rallys are great for meeting new people, sharing RV experiences and solutions to RV issues. Heading up to a rally in Winchester Bay in Oregon. I also like that you are welcome to any of the rallys in other areas and states as well.
