Big Horn 5th wheel

My personal experience with Heartland has been nothing but great! Our last trip out I pulled into a rest area. While doing so I heard a noise coming from my TT. Upon investigating, I found a spring hanging out of the break drum. (the wheel adjustor had come apart inside the wheel) I called the dealer where I had purchased who called Heartland. Within a very few minutes I received a call from Heartland. They helped find a mobile repair service who came out and repaired it. 45 minutes later we were back on the road toward our destination. Heartland took care of everything.
