We love our Bighorn. We had a minor electrical H/W heater problem. Dealer came to our home and repaired it on the spot. Can't ask for better service. Had a question after dealer had closed, posted that question on Heartland's forum and within 10 minutes I had an accurate answer. This is a great company that makes a very good product.
