I personally know a couple of the Moderators. They are fine people. I bet you wouldn't have the guts to say that to their faces! I think they are very fair and honest. You will see many negative comments on their website. Often the problems are resolved after some discussion...

X2...the people censured on the Heartland forum are those who constantly "beat a dead horse" and insist on bashing the company, as well they should be, after all Heartland does own and monitor their forum.

As for the moderators...you won't find a better group of people who put up with alot of******and volunteer their time and knowledge.
