Sounds like that salesman needs an "orientation" before he proceeds to give the buyer one. :(
OP: If this guy doesn't know where the dump valves are, absolutely do NOT use him for your walk thru. Make that dealership give you a qualified person to perform you walk thru BEFORE you take delivery. See the general manager.
