I wasn't there when this happened but since they have to take off the AC unit and vents when replacing the roof, I suspect it came in from those. The mobile repair person said he covered everything inside, but it doesn't look like it. There was black footprints on the toilet cover so somebody stood on it for some reason. It's a dirty job, the concrete where the trailer was sitting was all black.
