Black spots on rubber roof ???
We have an 09 Bighorn, small black spots on entire roof and slideouts. 5er sits outside, no birds or trees around. I have regularly washed it a few times a year. What causes this and how do I fix it? ...

I use Thetford Rubber Roof Cleaner and Conditioner on my roof. It does an amazing job of removing all kinds of stains.

Once I'm done cleaning it, I use Protect All Rubber Roof treatment which has a UV protectant.
