Mold armor worked great. Did not even have to wipe it off. Did rinse with water afterwards as I did not know if there would be after effects. Thanks.

I use Mold Armor on everything that gets moldy - awning, gaskets around cargo doors, propane tank cover. I spray it on and let it sit then rinse - no rolling the awning up, but suppose that doesn't hurt. Walmart, Lowes.

Mr clean magic eraser worked well for us. The mop head did an amazing job on the underside of the awning as well.

I like LA totally awesome, cheap and works.
