Black Streak Removal

I am looking for a cleaner wax that will do a good job of removing black streaks and provide a nice wax finish. I have a Holiday Rambler that has a painted aluminum smooth finish and vinyl decals. I worked on the front of the trailer this last weekend and used some goo-gone to remove some clear tape and also Thetford black streak remover. Used a nylon scouring pad to remove both the tape and the black streaks. Of course between the goo-gone and black streak remover the wax on the front is gone. I would like to try and find something that will do a good job of removing the black streaks on the rest of the trailer and also provide a nice finish without having to use a scouring pad to remove the black streaks. Any suggestions are appreciated.
