Pin box seems fairly centered. Distance from pin to right and left walls is only .75 off. Its the distance to the corners of the cap that is seemingly so far off. So either the cap is molded off or they installed it slightly off center causing vthe RH corner to be further out than the left.
As for insurance ill ask them in the morning. Sadly have had a run of bad luck lately with cars. Currently i have my 2015 van in shop for 12k in bodywork caused by another driver. However i think of the 7 accidents and 1 house fire in last 36 months my insurance has paid to total 5 cars. None my fault but at some point they are going to jack up my rates....
