Yes I believe most states accept the originating states laws. Otherwise there are alot of people riving illegally in California
75' in AZ and, =no=, states that don't allow doubles won't recognize out-of-state doubles. Not to say that they always =enforce= it, but it gives the cops something to do on slow days.
