boxed curtain valances
We need help! We are 1st timers & would like to clean the draperies & blinds, but we can't figure out how to remove the box valences on the windows without breaking them. Any suggestions?

- Without knowing if ours are the same, my valances have a simple metal angle brace on each side towards the bottom screwed to the walls with Phillips screws, then the same at the top. A few where the top is next to a cabinet has them screwed to the cabinet. I unscrew the brackets on the side, then the top. Good luck!
