Brake controller

Ok guys I need real world opinions here.
My controller has started making a clicking sound from time to time and it makes no difference if its hooked to trailer or not. In your opinion what is the best on the market now and why?

    I changed to a Prodigy P3 earlier this year after reading a lot here about them and have not been sorry. I had planned to go with Max Brake but they seem to not be around now. Simple install and set up.
