There are nearly 8,000 low clearance datapoints in the Route-1 database (>7,000 in the U.S. alone). You can buy this to import into your favorite GPS app or device. Canadian and U.S. databases can be bought, with lifetime updates, for $75. Caveat; I have NOT used this, but have talked/emailed others who have, and who swear by it. Most "trucker" or "RV" GPS apps/devices only have about 1500 datapoints; many of them only have a couple hundred. See http://www.lowclearances.com/ for full info.
