Be careful in the North East. Most "Parkways" are limited in vehicle weight and most times no trailers. In CT the Parkway is limited to 5700#s (I think) it was stated on my old 3/4 Ford Reg. My new Ram being a 3500 & a Dually is mandated to have Commercial plates (12500#+) No Commercial vehicles allowed on the parkway.
I think the heavier pick-ups with Nav should have a Trucker version due to GVWR, GCW, Trailer height/length and compressed flammable gas cylinders (RVs). My Nav put me on a 1.5 mi section of Parkway in MD. It wasn't until just before my off ramp that there was a notice "No Trucks or Commercial vehicles".
