It's an easy measurement to make, although they have you using your jacks as a tie off spot to measure. My jacks are a little to shakey to give accurate measurements.
Just take a tape measure and measure from a point on the front of the camper under the front storage compartment to a point on the pin box.it should make a 45 degree angle roughly. Do this on both sides of the pin box. Measure it twice once with the camper unsupported and once with the camper connects to the truck. There shouldn't be more than 1/4" difference in the two measurements. You can see this will measure any flex.
