Bump on 2019 Eagle?

I have the same thing on my trailer. I seriously doubt it is excess fiberglass. Most likely something "under the skin" or too long of a screw. I did not notice it until I had the trailer a while (don't remember how long). I decided to live with it. Any repair may be worse than the original problem. It has not gotten worse in any way after five years of use.
I suppose it is up to the comfort level of each individual buyer as to what, if anything, to do about some of these issues.
