We had a bunkhouse and now have a toy hauler.
It's like having a bunkhouse with 2 queen bunk beds (on a lift). Plus, you get the garage to haul either your toy or all your extra junk (BBQ pit, corn hole boards, etc....)
Look into that as an option too
