OK, a recap: there is no mold or mildew. No staining. No bubbling. Just some wrinkled wallpaper and a spot approx 4" x 12" where the luan "skin" has rotted away. I'll confirm later, but I'm 90% certain it's built with an aluminum frame, so I'm not looking at structural weakness. I rapped and tapped all the other questionable areas and they sound solid. And looking at other units in this age, I see the same wrinkling in some for three times the price. The frame and undersides look solid.
I forgot to add that wherever it was leaking, has apparently been fixed? We've had over 2" of rain the last 3 days and the inside of the 5er is bone dry. The problems I found could have been from along time ago.....
