Personal opinions... Take the standard warranty. Warranty support on RV's is generally poor, so by the time it runs you you should have most early mistakes fixed and then you are on your own. Awnings over the slides are a very good thing, I would consider them mandatory. I think a fake fireplace in an RV is silly, and a real fireplace would be a bit of a hazard... You can get that "burning log" video to watch if you want a fake fire to keep you company. I would have the hitch installed by some place that is expert at installing hitches - if the dealership has competent technicians, I would get them to do it and use it as a bargaining chip for a discount on the hitch or the install fee.
