Buying used from a dealer

leaks any water stains ,tire age ,if you get real intrested,have everything up and working before you buy.

Question have you owned a Toy hauler before?

I purchased my used TT from a dealer because I thought there would be some kind of warranty - There was NOT.

Get things in writing BEFORE you hand over any $$$$$.

Warranty is diffently something im concerend with. This is a 2014. Probably built in '13. 4yo old already. Not sure how many years mfg warranties are.

It is IMPORTANT that they document and sign ALL promises before $$$$.

Sales guys will say yes, yes, yes and promise the moon. But after they get their money...

I had to fight for nearly a MONTH to get the KEYS (there was more as well)!!!!!!

Unfortunately, these nightmare experiences are not rare.

Just be adement that every promise, everything that needs fixing, EVERYTHING is in writing.

What would make you think there would be any kind of warranty on a used travel trailer just because you're buying it from a dealer?

I purchased used from a dealer and got a good deal. Part of my negotiation was an extended warranty. I got the best one they offered at less than one half of the initial price they quoted. There were some issues during the warranty period which they repaired at no cost to me. The warranty paid for itself on the first issue. It was also transferable so it was a selling point.
