Maybe some lighter, but pay attention to the footprint. This is why the RAM is rated higher than Ford and GM; there's simply more leverage for the hitch to act on, so it's rated higher. The head is the same across all Companion models.

Call B&W and ask them why. I was told it had to do with the weakest link in the system including attaching systems.
