I don't care about locking my Andersen, so I haven't purchased one for it. However, I've used this and similar locks in aircraft, as well as construction equipment that use a lot of cable controls, both push/pull and vernier. This picture locks behind the nut that secures the cable housing to the bracket and blocks the handle from being pulled.
Others have a two-piece design, each half shaped like a cursive type "7" with a tail and a hole that both secure under the nut that secures the cable housing to the bracket. The halves come together over the handle and secure with a standard padlock.
