The one failure of the Andersen is all I believe they have to hang their hat on, and thats unfortunate . There was no damage done to truck or trailer, nothing came undone. The tubes partially collapsed .
No injuries, no damage, yet there are three or four here that keep pounding the rating of the Andersen hitch to death. Also note that the steel version of the Andersen has NEVER come into question, yet the arm chair engineers here continue on.
