following this post! Just was searching for this exact topic. I have the companion that fits my f350 holes. I have what I assume is the Teflon bushings on top of the pivot arms. The instructions call them polyurethane bushings. It says to lubricate these with high grade lithium crease.
I also purchased the plastic disk. Wondering what else to grease as the years go by.
