We have a 16K Patriot. Very good hitch. You can't go wrong with B&W they are the Cadillac of Hitches.
X-2, going on the fourth year with ours. - roadking59ExplorerFirst tow with B&W Patriot 18K...960 miles Fla Keys to Dandridge, TN...Very easy to hitch and unhitch...The tow was very smooth and quiet...
Super happy with it! - roadking59ExplorerYes bamaman, I like that feature as well...
- Bamaman11ExplorerI love my Patriot. It's very manageable since it's able to be split into two pieces in about 1/2 second.

- dapperdanExplorerWe purchased a new B & W Companion for our new '15 RAM 3500 a couple of months ago, one of the best purchases, we made.
We just finished a trip to Phoenix, Dallas and Hot Springs and I have to say we NEVER heard or felt the B & W. Very solid and well constructed hitch, definately worth the money. Just my two cents ..... BTW thanks Cummins 12V98 for the tip on the B & W, SWEET hitch!!

This may be a dumb question...but I honestly don't know the answer...
Are rails "standardized?" What I'm asking is, would a B&W hitch fit in my Reese (pro series) rails?
I would say yes, as I know the Patriot is designed for standard rail systems. It is possible some rails will not work, but pretty sure the Reese are standard.
A quick call to B&W, would give a for sure answer. The call is free.
The real person, that answers the phone will be friendly, and can answer the question.
Jerry - GoostoffExplorerI used my existing rails when I switched from the curt to the B&W
