I just installed a 16K Patriot last Winter. I replaced a Super-Glide that I didn't need with my new longbox truck. It's the greatest! I can't believe how much easier it is to hitch and unhitch. I only wish the 18k version was around when I bought mine.

Me too.. the 18k base is another $350. my FW is 15,600 loaded if all the tanks are full (never), so I don't 'need' the 2k extra capacity.
