cabinet door hinge

looking for a pair of hinges for a cabinet door. Sent slide out today and a cupboard door was open. Slide caught the door and broke the hinges off the door. thankfully the cabinet wood stayed intact. The hinge is about 1 1/2 inches by 1 1/2 inches. IT says "Deocrite" on the hinge too.

    Should not be too hard to replace. Take it off and take it with you to your local home supply store or cabinet shop. I found some cabinet handles on the Internet a few months ago to match what was on all the rest of my kitchen cabinets in the house.

    Home improvement stores have tons of hardware. Good bet you could match one up, or get pretty close.
