It's best that you learn as much as you can about them and learn to fix and align them yourself. Then you'll have no problems.
I must have gotten a big Lemon. I had problems with both of my slides. Very difficult to find someone knowledgeable and willing to work on this system. Access to the drive motor and cables is very limited. Each slide has a total of 8 cables. I have had other slides that were virtually trouble-free compared to the cable slides. Personally, I would never buy another RV of any type with this type of slide mechanism.
