I have a 36-foot 5th-wheel that I tow with a 2015 Silverado 2500 Crew Cab. Prior to moving, I lived on a cul-de-sac with a 55-foot diameter. I could turn in the cul-de-sac and never approached 90-degrees between the truck and trailer. I would guess the closest I came to it was 120-degrees.
