As far as the parallel parking you don't have to get your whole rig in the box. Its just the trailer. Once you you think you have the trailer inside the box(it doesn't have to be perfect, just inside the lines) set your brakes and the tester will give it a look. Pre-test is comprehensive, but be thankful you don't have air brakes.
Driving part is not bad, but you will need to be aware of your surroundings as they will ask you something during the drive as noted above. Something like what did the last sign we pass say? What is the weight limit for this road? Explain proper braking technique for descending a hill? Do not rub or run over a curb while in the drive test. Automatic failure. Also cannot be too far away from the curb.
