I got one so I would be legal, but mostly if I was ever in an accident and it was discovered I was driving out of class, whether I was at fault or not, I could be reamed in a lawsuit. It's like getting in an accident after a couple beers and it's not your fault, you would have been much better off if you didn't have those beers. Beside, with all the talk about the hassle to get the class change, it's not that bad!!
