Have to agree w/your statement about this state, but not sure where I'd move to?? The vagueness of interpreting various DMV rules and other laws drives people crazy. I, too, can't think of any real reason to get a commercial license for my purposes. The class of license won't necessarily make me a better driver. On another hand, I'm betting there are numerous people out there with huge diesel pushers who don't have the proper license.
