This is where it gets stupid..... I'm not in the business and don't know this for sure, but I would think driving logs would not be required for a "Pleasure trip". Then why the CDL requirement in the first place, right?
Your living quarter goose neck is fine with the Non Commercial class A- it falls under the RV/Travel Trailer guidelines.
A straight up live stock trailer is what the DMV handbook is talking about.
