I always hated carrying those green cards. It was always just a little to big to fit in my wallet so I would fold them then it would wear out so you could not read it.

I was thinking of you yesterday when I mailed off some last-minute presents. I went to the Brown store as usual, but they didn't have extended holiday hours yesterday. So I had to go to the other guys at Kinkos. It was a harsh reminder of why I always try to use Brown. That place was awful.

We Have had our problems this year. We kind of flopped on Black Friday and Cyber Monday. There is just no way to have the capacity to handle that much volume in that short amount of time. At least there was not the deep freeze in the middle of the country like last year. UPS is reporting that they have had record package counts. I will be working Christmas Eve into Christmas day (yuk).
