Not really the same thing. All RVs built in the US basically have just two choices for the major items, refer, A/C, furnace, water heater, windows, oven, awnings, etc. And as far as I know, these manufacturers don't have different levels of quality, just size and features. Meaning a Dometic refer in an inexpensive RV is no more likely to fail than in a high end unit. And even when it comes to the other items, fittings, faucets, door handles, etc, they all buy from the same distributors. And funny thing, many of those items come from China.
Didn't Heartland or someone buy out the rights to the Titanium design concept a few yrs ago? That might be a closer analogy. And another brand has brought back the Prowler name as well. Another close analogy.
