I would venture to say close to 8-10 years. I think the last frame flex issues I heard of was 2006, at least my perception. I'm not a Lippert fan by any means, but I would agree it seems they improved. The 12" Z frame is common along nearly 90 percent of the heavy brands - almost like everything was homogenized with the only difference being colors and floorplan.
