I guess that was my point... I understand it would be completely irrelevant for low bridges and highway travel but more for backing into a site or driving within the campground and watching for low-hanging branches trees from ripping thing off the roof. Most backup cameras are pointed DOWN but everyone says "watch for branches".
Not really a huge extra cost other than buying second camera for existing backup system. Seems you could install these cameras to look in whatever direction you want so just take second camera and install on roof..... Question is facing forward (getting to spot) or facing back (backing into spot)?
